Baked Sweet Potatoes

Sweet Potato Ingredients

  • 3 cups yams, smashed, if canned drain the juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp vanilla
  • 2 Tbsp flour
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup margarine

Topping Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup margarine
  • 1 cup brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix all sweet potato ingredients and spread in a baking pan.
  2. Mix all topping ingredients and spread on top of sweet potatoes.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
