Sweet Potato Ingredients
- 3 cups yams, smashed, if canned drain the juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp vanilla
- 2 Tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup margarine
Topping Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/3 cup margarine
- 1 cup brown sugar
Instructions
- Mix all sweet potato ingredients and spread in a baking pan.
- Mix all topping ingredients and spread on top of sweet potatoes.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
