Banana Nut Bread

Ingredients

  • 1 and 1/2 cups bananas, mashed and very ripe
  • 1 and 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 cups flour, sifted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients and pour into a baking pan.
  2. Bake at 350 degrees for 90 minutes.
