Ingredients
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/2 cup onion, minced
- 1 Tbsp or 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp mustard or dijon
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp cloves, ground
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 tsp flour
- 1 Jalapeño, minced (optional)
Instructions
- Sauté onion and garlic until transparent in oil.
- Add all other ingredients, mix well and simmer for 20 min.
- Optionally add pepper to taste. Peppers get hotter when cooked.
