Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 pkg chili seasoning mix
- 18 oz tomato sauce
- 1 cup water
- 12 corn tortillas
- 1 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- 3 onions, chopped
Instructions
- Meat sauce: Brown ground beef and drain. Mix in the chili seasoning mix, tomato sauce and water.
- In another small fry pan full of water, bring it to a boil.
- Dip a corn tortilla in hot water for a few seconds.
- Remove tortilla from water and put about 1 Tbsp of cheddar cheese and 1 Tbsp of onion in the middle, roll it up and place in a 13 by 9 inch greased pan. Repeat.
- Pour meat sauce on top then sprinkle with onions and cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
