Makes 2 Dozen
Ingredients
- 1 box Ritz crackers
- 1/2 block chocolate almond bark
- 1 jar smooth peanut butter
Instructions
- Spread peanut butter on a Ritz cracker and top with another one.
- Melt chocolate almond bark in the microwave for about 1 and 1/2 minutes and stir until blended.
- Dip sandwich crackers in the melted chocolate. Lift out gently, scrape off the excess chocolate, and lay on a sheet of wax paper to dry. Cover the spot where your finger was with more chocolate.
- NOTE: Do not try to thin the chocolate with milk.
