Connolly’s Special Beans

Ingredients

  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 4 slices of bacon or BBQ brisket, chopped

  • 15 oz can Pork-n-Beans
  • 15 oz can Navy Beans
  • 15 oz can Ranch Style Beans
  • 15 oz can Pinto Beans
  • 2 Tbsp BBQ sauce
  • 2 Tbsp chili powder
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp garlic pepper
  • 4 Tbsp picanté sauce
  • 1 Jalapeños, diced
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Sauté the onion and bacon.
  2. Combine all ingredients in a pot and let simmer for 1/2 hour.
  3. Stir often so as not to burn or scorch the beans.
