Ingredients
- Slab of baby back ribs
- Olive oil
- Coarse sea salt
- Garlic pepper
- Beer
Instructions
- Peel the first layer of skin off the inside of the slab of ribs. It is not necessary to pre-boil the ribs.
- Hand rub both sides with olive oil.
- Lightly sprinkle both sides with coarse sea salt.
- Very generously sprinkle both sides with garlic pepper.
- Cover and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate.
- Place ribs on a medium heat grill.
- Turn every 5 minutes and continue to generously baste with beer. This is a must!
- They should be ready in 30 to 40 minutes.
