Dry Ribs

Ingredients

  • Slab of baby back ribs
  • Olive oil
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Garlic pepper
  • Beer

Instructions

  1. Peel the first layer of skin off the inside of the slab of ribs. It is not necessary to pre-boil the ribs.
  2. Hand rub both sides with olive oil.
  3. Lightly sprinkle both sides with coarse sea salt.
  4. Very generously sprinkle both sides with garlic pepper.
  5. Cover and put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours to marinate.
  6. Place ribs on a medium heat grill.
  7. Turn every 5 minutes and continue to generously baste with beer. This is a must!
  8. They should be ready in 30 to 40 minutes.
