- 1 Tbsp paprika
- 2 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp cayenne pepper
- 3/4 tsp white pepper
- 3/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried thyme
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- Mix seasoning ingredients.
- Cut Marlin Into 1/2 to 3/4 inch steaks.
- Brush both sides with melted butter or margarine.
- Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides.
- Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
Grilled Marlin – Traditional

- Lime juice
- Lemon pepper
- Cut Marlin Into 1/2 to 3/4 inch steaks.
- Brush both sides with lemon and lime juice.
- Generously sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides.
- Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
