Grilled Marlin: Spicy

  • 1 Tbsp paprika
  • 2 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 3/4 tsp white pepper
  • 3/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

  1. Mix seasoning ingredients.
  2. Cut Marlin Into 1/2 to 3/4 inch steaks.
  3. Brush both sides with melted butter or margarine.
  4. Sprinkle seasoning mix on both sides.
  5. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.

Grilled Marlin – Traditional

  • Lemon juice
  • Lime juice
  • Lemon pepper

  1. Cut Marlin Into 1/2 to 3/4 inch steaks.
  2. Brush both sides with lemon and lime juice.
  3. Generously sprinkle lemon pepper on both sides.
  4. Grill 5 to 7 minutes per side.
