Pinto Beans: Bill Sr

  • 1 lb pinto beans
  • 3 strips of hickory bacon
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 jalapenos, diced
  • 1 can Rotél tomatoes
  • 2 Tbsp pinto bean seasoning

  1. Wash beans and put them and all ingredients in a slow cooker.
  2. Cover with water and cook on low for 10 hours. Add water as necessary.
