Smoked Turkey Salad

  • 15 to 20 lb turkey, smoked and deboned
  • 8 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 jar pimentos
  • 6 dill pickles
  • 12 jalapenos
  • 2 onions
  • 4 stalks of celery, chopped
  • 1 cup sweet relish
  • 2 qt Miracle Whip, more as needed to make salad smooth
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  1. Grind turkey, eggs, pimentos, pickles, jalapenos and onion in a meat grinder.
  2. Add the celery, sweet relish, and Miracle Whip. Salt and Pepper to taste.
