2 to 4 Servings
- 16 oz can yellow hominy, drained
- 1/2 cup salsa or fire-roasted tomatoes, diced
- 2 Tbsp butter, water or vegetable broth
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
- Add all items in a pot.
- Simmer over low heat until the cheese is melted.
