Spanish Hominy

2 to 4 Servings

  • 16 oz can yellow hominy, drained
  • 1/2 cup salsa or fire-roasted tomatoes, finely diced
  • 2 Tbsp butter, water or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 1/2 cups or 1/4 lb cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tsp Chili Billy’s Hot Sauce (optional)

  1. Add all items in a pot. 
  2. Simmer over low heat until the cheese is melted.
