Peaches, Pears, Plums and Nectarines
- Use ripe but not overripe fruit.
- Cut the fruit in half and remove the pit. Coat the flesh with a bit of oil to prevent sticking.
- Grill cut-side down for 5 minutes.
- Transfer fruit to a pan, cut-side up with a little water, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.
Pineapple
- Cut into 1/2 wedges or rings.
- Grill for about 3 minutes per side.
Mango
- Use ripe but not overripe fruit.
- Purchase mango pre-cut wedges or cut your own.
- Grill for about 3 minutes per side.
