Fruit: Grilled

Peaches, Pears, Plums and Nectarines

  • Use ripe but not overripe fruit. 
  • Cut the fruit in half and remove the pit. Coat the flesh with a bit of oil to prevent sticking. 
  • Grill cut-side down for 5 minutes.
  • Transfer fruit to a pan, cut-side up with a little water, cover, and steam for 15 minutes.

Pineapple

  • Cut into 1/2 wedges or rings.
  • Grill for about 3 minutes per side.

Mango 

  • Use ripe but not overripe fruit. 
  • Purchase mango pre-cut wedges or cut your own.
  • Grill for about 3 minutes per side.
