- 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 4 tsp jalapeño pepper, chopped, with or without seeds
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper, 50 turns on grinder
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
