Pico de Gallo

  • 3 cups tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, minced
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 4 tsp jalapeño pepper, chopped, with or without seeds
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper, 50 turns on grinder
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
