Asian Baked Tofu

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp sriracha sauce
  • pinch of garlic powder
  • pinch of onion powder
  • pinch of sea salt
  • 14 to 16 oz extra firm tofu cut into 1 inch slabs

Instructions

  1. Remove water from tofu
  2. In a bowl, except for the tofu, whisk together all ingredients for the sauce.
  3. Marinate the tofu in the sauce for an hour, in a bowl or bag.
  4. Cook on griddle, air fryer, or oven at 400 degrees.
  5. Spray baking sheet or griddle with non-stick spray and lay tofu. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping each piece of tofu midway through.
  6. Pairs well with Jasmine rice and/or Stir Fry Vegetables.
