Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp sriracha sauce
- pinch of garlic powder
- pinch of onion powder
- pinch of sea salt
- 14 to 16 oz extra firm tofu cut into 1 inch slabs
Instructions
- Remove water from tofu
- In a bowl, except for the tofu, whisk together all ingredients for the sauce.
- Marinate the tofu in the sauce for an hour, in a bowl or bag.
- Cook on griddle, air fryer, or oven at 400 degrees.
- Spray baking sheet or griddle with non-stick spray and lay tofu. Bake for 30 minutes, flipping each piece of tofu midway through.
- Pairs well with Jasmine rice and/or Stir Fry Vegetables.
