Sauce Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp or 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1/2 cup water or vegetable broth
- 1 Tbsp cornstarch
- chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Vegetables
- 2 Tbsp olive oil, sesame oil
- 6 cups assorted veggies such as bell peppers, sugar snap peas, carrots, mushrooms, broccoli, or any other veggies
- 1 cup baby corn, bamboo shoots, sprouts, and/or water chestnuts
Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together sauce ingredients.
- Sauté vegetables 2-3 minutes until they are almost tender.
- Pour sauce over the vegetables and cook until the sauce has thickened.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
- Pairs well with Jasmine rice and/or Asian Baked Tofu.
