Buffalo Cauliflower

Dry Mixture Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup cornstarch
  • 1/4 cup cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Wet Mixture Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Combine dry mixture in a small bowl.
  2. Whisk wet mixture in a large bowl.
  3. Coat cauliflower well with wet mixture.
  4. Tap cauliflower to remove excess.
  5. Coat cauliflower with dry mixture.
  6. Cook in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip/shake halfway through.
  7. Transfer cauliflower to a bowl with buffalo sauce and toss.
  8. Serve with blue cheese dressing, carrots, celery, etc.
