Dry Mixture Ingredients
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup cornmeal
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
Wet Mixture Ingredients
- 14 ounce coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp Franks Hot Sauce
- 1 pound cauliflower florets
- Buffalo sauce
- Blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Combine dry mixture in a small bowl.
- Whisk wet mixture in a large bowl.
- Coat cauliflower well with wet mixture.
- Tap cauliflower to remove excess.
- Coat cauliflower with dry mixture.
- Cook in an air fryer at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip/shake halfway through.
- Transfer cauliflower to a bowl with buffalo sauce and toss.
- Serve with blue cheese dressing, carrots, celery, etc.
