Makes about 1 cup
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup raw cashews
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp coarse sea salt
Instructions
- Place cashews in a bowl, cover them with boiling water, soak for at least 30 minutes, then drain.
- In a high-powered blender or food processor (not a chopper), add all ingredients. Process for 2 to 3 minutes until smooth and thick.
