Guacamole

  • 3 avocados, mashed or chunky
  • 2 roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1/2 to 1 cup onion, diced
  • 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp black pepper, 100 turns on grinder
  • pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
