- 3 avocados, mashed or chunky
- 2 roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 lime, juiced
- 1/2 to 1 cup onion, diced
- 3 Tbsp cilantro, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp black pepper, 100 turns on grinder
- pinch cayenne pepper (optional)
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
