Ingredients
- 30 oz black beans, drained
- 1 small onion, finely diced
- 1 Tbsp or 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 jalapeño pepper or 12 slices, finely diced
- 1/2 cup water or broth or brine
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp paprika, smoked
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions
- Using an immersion blender, or a food processor, blend all ingredients until creamy.
- Taste and add additional seasonings and lime juice as desired.
