4 Servings
- Cooking spray or oil
- 1 1/2 cups steel-cut oats
- 4 cups milk
- 1/8 tsp coarse sea salt
- Maple syrup or other sweetener
- Use spray or oil to lightly coat the pot.
- Add the oats, milk, and salt.
- Add other ingredients from variations below, and mix well.
- Pressure cook on high for 12 minutes, allow a natural release for 20 minutes, then quick release.
- Serve with sweetener and additional milk as desired.

Spiced Apple Walnut
- 1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
- 2 small apples, peeled, cored, and diced
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp cardamom
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts for garnish
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cinnamon
- 3 medium bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup peanut butter after pressure release
- Dark chocolate, bananas, toasted coconut flakes for garnish
