Ingredients
- 1 onion, quartered
- 12 oz of precooked smoked sausage, cut into rounds or half rounds
- 1 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1 lb potatoes, quartered
- 1 and 1/2 lbs cabbage, cut into chunks
- 3 Tbsp butter, cut into 6 pieces
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions
- Add all ingredients and stir to combine.
- Pressure cook on high for 3 minutes. Then quick release after 5 minutes.
