Mojito

  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz simple syrup 
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • mint leaves
  • Seltzer water
  1. Fill a Highball glass with ice.
  2. Add lime juice and mint leaves to shaker and muddle lightly.
  3. Add rum, syrup, and some ice, then shake.
  4. Pour into glass and top with seltzer water.
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, lime, thin straw.
