- 2 oz light rum
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
- Seltzer water
- Fill a Highball glass with ice.
- Add lime juice and mint leaves to shaker and muddle lightly.
- Add rum, syrup, and some ice, then shake.
- Pour into glass and top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with mint leaves, lime, thin straw.
