- Moscow Mule – vodka
- Kentucky Mule – bourbon
- Irish Mule – Irish whiskey
- Mexican Mule – tequila
- French Mule – cognac
- Caribbean Mule (aka Dark ‘n Stormy) – dark or black rum
- 2 oz liquor
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Fill Lowball glass with ice.
- Add ingredients, top with ginger beer, and stir.
- Garnish with lime, mint.
