The Chilton

First crafted in the late 1970s in Lubbock, Texas when a Dr. Chilton asked for something light, refreshing and citrusy.

  • Salt (optional)
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (optional)
  • Topo Chico or seltzer water
  1. Salt a Highball glass rim and fill with ice.
  2. Add ingredients and stir.
  3. Garnish with lemon.
