Ranch Water

First crafted in West Texas in the 1960s for cowboys and ranchers seeking relief from the intense heat. You can spice it up by muddling fresh jalapeño in the glass and dress the rim with Tajin.

  • Salt (optional)
  • 2 oz tequila blanco
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup (optional)
  • Topo Chico or seltzer water
  1. Salt a Highball glass rim and fill with ice.
  2. Add ingredients and stir.
  3. Garnish with lime.
