Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower, about 2 pounds, for 2 steaks
- Olive oil
- Any steak seasonings you like or just salt and pepper
- Pesto, salsa verde, steak sauce, or other wet rubs (optional)
Instructions
- Remove cauliflower leaves and cut stem flush with bottom florets.
- Cut head in half through the core, then cut a 1.5 inch steak on each side of the center.
- Save extra cauliflower for other recipes.
- Heat grill on high and when hot, brush grates with olive oil, place steaks on grill, brush oil on top.
- After 5 minutes, flip steaks for another 5 minutes.
- Top steaks with optional sauce or wet rub.
