Martini, Jalapeño

  • 3 oz vodka
  • 1 & 1/2 oz lime juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 2 to 3 round slices of fresh jalapeño
  • Small bunch of fresh cilantro or basil, roughly chopped
  1. Chill a Martini glass.
  2. Add 1 to 2 jalapeño slices and cilantro or basil to a shaker, then muddle heavily.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and some ice, then shake.
  4. Double strain into glass.
  5. Garnish with a jalapeño slice.
