Rosemary Syrup
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup water
- 5 rosemary sprigs
- Bring water and sugar to a boil.
- Submerge rosemary for 45 minutes until syrup cools then discard.
Cocktail
- 2 oz vodka
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1 oz rosemary syrup
- Seltzer water
- Fill a Lowball glass with ice.
- Add vodka, lemon juice, rosemary syrup, and ice, to shaker, then shake.
- Pour into the glass. and top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with, cranberries and rosemary sprig.
