Whiskey Sour

Instructions

  1. Fill a lowball glass with cubbed ice.
  2. Add some ice and all ingredients to shaker with some ice and shake.
  3. If no aquafaba, strain into glass.
  4. If aquafaba, strain to remove ice, shake again, and pour into glass.
  5. Garnish with cherry and an orange slice or lemon peel.

Whiskey Sour

  • 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 3/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz aquafaba (optional for foam)

Trader Vic’s Tiki-Style Sour

  • 2 oz bourbon or rye whiskey
  • 3/4 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz orgeat almond syrup
  • 1/4 oz simple syrup
  • 1.5 oz aquafaba (optional for foam)
