Mai Tai 

  • 1.5 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz almond liqueur
  • 1/2 oz orange liqueur (triple sec or dry curaçao)
  • 1 oz simple syrup 
  • 1 oz lime juice
  • 1.5 oz seltzer water
  1. Fill a Lowball glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except water to shaker.
  3. Add some ice and shake.
  4. Pour into glass and top with seltzer water. 
  5. Garnish with mint leaves, lime, thin straw.
