- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- 3/4 oz lime juice
- 1/4 oz orgeat almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao or Cointreau
- 2 oz aged Jamaican dark rum
- Seltzer water (optional)
- Fill a Lowball glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients except water to shaker.
- Add some ice and shake.
- Pour into glass and top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with mint sprig, lime shell, and thin straw.
