Caribbean Sunset

  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz orange pineapple juice
  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour blue curaçao over ice.
  3. Mix vodka, coconut rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  4. Slowly pour mix over the back of a spoon for a layered effect, then put spoon in the bottom and gently lift a few times.
  5. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
