Malibu Sunset

  • 1/2 oz grenadine
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 2 oz orange juice
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  1. Fill highball glass with ice.
  2. Pour grenadine over ice.
  3. Mix light rum, coconut rum, orange juice, and pineapple juice.
  4. Slowly pour mix over the back of a spoon for a layered effect, then put spoon in the bottom and gently lift a few times.
  5. Garnish with orange wheel and cherry.
