- 2 oz bourbon
- 1/2 oz simple syrup
- Splash of water
- 8-10 mint leaves
- Top with Seltzer water (optional)
- Fill a Highball glass with ice.
- Add syrup, splash of water, and mint leaves to shaker and muddle lightly.
- Add bourbon and some ice, then shake.
- Pour into glass and top with seltzer water.
- Garnish with mint leaves and thin straw.
