Island Tiki

  • 1 oz light or dark rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz mango puree
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao (floated on top) 
  1. Fill a Hurricane glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except curaçao, and some ice to shaker and shake.
  3. Pour into the glass and top with ice.
  4. Float the blue curaçao on top by gently pouring over the back of a spoon.
  5. Garnish with pineapple, cherry, umbrella, thin straw.
