- 1 oz rum
- 1 oz coconut rum
- 1 oz mango puree
- 1 oz sweet and sour mix
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1/2 oz blue curaçao (floated on top)
- Fill a Hurricane glass with ice.
- Add all ingredients except curaçao, and some to shaker and shake.
- Pour into glass and top.
- Float the blue curaçao on top by gently pouring over the back of a spoon.
- Garnish with pineapple, cherry, umbrella, thin straw.
