Island Tiki

  • 1 oz rum
  • 1 oz coconut rum
  • 1 oz mango puree
  • 1 oz sweet and sour mix
  • 1 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz blue curaçao (floated on top) 
  1. Fill a Hurricane glass with ice.
  2. Add all ingredients except curaçao, and some to shaker and shake.
  3. Pour into glass and top.
  4. Float the blue curaçao on top by gently pouring over the back of a spoon.
  5. Garnish with pineapple, cherry, umbrella, thin straw.
