Sidecar

  • 2 oz cognac (VS or VSOP)
  • 1 oz orange liqueur such as Cointreau
  • 1/4 oz lemon juice
  1. Add sugar to rim of a chilled coupe glass (optional)
  2. Shake ingredients with some ice then strain into the coupe
  3. garnish with a lemon twist
