Basically a Gin Sour with honey syrup replacing the simple syrup.
- 2 oz gin (London Dry)
- 3/4 oz honey syrup (1:1 ratio of honey to water)
- 3/4 oz lemon juice
- Chill a coupe glass.
- Add ingredients to a shaker with some ice and shake.
- Strain into glass.
- Garnish with lemon peel or lemon wheel.
