The Panty Ripper (Panti Rippa) is the unofficial national cocktail of Belize where it was created in the 1980s. It is a delicious sweet and tropical cocktail.

• 2 oz coconut rum
• 2 oz pineapple juice
• 1/4 oz grenadine

1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
2. Shake all ingredients and strain into glass.
3. Garnish with pineapple, maraschino cherry, and thin straw.
